S-Series

S-Series products feature a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty* against defects in materials or workmanship.

Frames: Lifetime to original purchaser

Moving / Wear Parts: 2 years parts, 2 years labor

Electrical / Electronic Parts: 2 years parts, 1 year labor

Upholstery (seats and grips): 1 year parts and labor

T-Series

E-Series

Frame: Lifetime to original purchaser

Moving / Wear Parts: 1 year parts, 1 year labor

G,H-Series

G-Series brand products, as configured and distributed by Trackmaster Fitness and its dealers and delivered new are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the following limited warranty periods:

• Structural frame: Lifetime warranty to original owner.

• Welded moving parts: Lifetime warranty to original owner.
• Weight stacks: Lifetime warranty to original owner.
• Pulleys: Two (2) years parts.
• Bearings: Two (2) years parts.
• Belts: Two (2) years parts.
• Micro adjustments: Two (2) years parts.
• Adjustments pins: Two (2) years parts.
• Upholstery pads: One hundred and eighty (180) days.
• Grips: One hundred and eighty (180) days.
• Tethered weights: One hundred and eighty (180) days.
• Stack pins: One hundred and eighty (180) days.
• Entire Machine: 90 days Labor.

This limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase, and is valid only on products purchased and used in the United States, and does not include transportation, installation, removal or reinstallation, routine maintenance and cleaning. Warranty repairs must be performed by G-Series authorized service center. To receive warranty service, the original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof to G-Series authorized service center. Transportation to and from the service center is the responsibility of the purchaser. G-Series will repair or replace these products, at our option and at no charge, with new or reconditioned parts or will exchange parts.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, noncommercial use of this product and, as determined by G-Series, shall not apply to the following, including, but not limited to: damage which occurs in shipment; applications and uses for which this product was not intended; failure or problems which are caused by products or equipment not supplied by G-Series; accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lighting or other acts of nature; product alteration or modification; improper or unauthorized repair; cosmetic  damage; use of unauthorized parts, supplies.

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED AND DESCRIBED ABOVE, AND NO WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY AFTER THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIODS STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTY GIVEN BY ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE BINDING TO G-SERIES OR ITS DEALERS. G-SERIES AND ITS DEALERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, FAILURE TO REALIZE SAVINGS OR OTHER BENEFITS, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, AND EVEN IF G-SERIES OR ITS DEALER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOR SHALL RECOVERY OF ANY KIND AGAINST G-SERIES OR ITS DEALERS BE GREATER IN AMOUNT THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SOLD PRODUCT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT, IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND STATES YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
